Description
Hello, my name is Paula T and I am a female home carer with a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives. I have been working in the care industry for several years, gaining valuable experience in providing personalized care for individuals with various needs.
I have extensive experience in caring for clients with conditions such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, bedbound patients, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, and depression. I am skilled in providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and catheter care. Moreover, I believe that companionship is an essential part of caregiving and enjoy engaging in meaningful conversations and activities with my clients.
Although I currently do not have a car, I am capable of driving and own a valid driver's license. I am open to using public transportation or arranging for alternative transportation methods to ensure that my clients receive the care they need. Additionally, I am comfortable with pets and have no preferences when it comes to animal companions. Whether it's cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, or birds – I am more than happy to provide care in a home with pets.
Outside of my work, I enjoy going for long walks, socializing with friends and family, playing board games, and watching TV. These hobbies not only provide me with relaxation and enjoyment but also help me to maintain a balanced and fulfilled lifestyle.
What sets me apart as a care professional is my nurturing and friendly nature, which enables me to connect with my clients on a personal level. I always strive to be helpful and supportive, ensuring that my clients feel comfortable and well-cared for in their own homes. My motivation for being a carer stems from a deep desire to help people lead independent lives and maintain their dignity and self-worth.
If you are seeking a compassionate and dedicated carer to provide personalized care for yourself or your loved ones, I would be honored to be considered for the role.
